Robyn and Roger approached me with a view to adding on and altering the dated 1970s residence.

After much thought and a valuable site visit, it became apparent that there would not be much left of the existing house. Also with the design of the existing house having a split floor level it would compromise some of the views, for which the property was bought.

I recommended we be allowed to create them a new home.

The new home now takes full advantage of the stunning views and different aspects of the site.
