We can provide a varying architectural design and documentation service to suit your budget. Our service can be separated into five categories as follows:

We would generally provide a fixed price from pre-design through to contract documentation. For the remaining stages involving tender and contract administration, we have found hourly charge to be the best outcome for both parties.
A contract will be provided to you. Work will not commence until we have received a signed copy back.
